Our client is seeking motivated, quota driven, consultative sales professionals to fully penetrate identified customers and prospects within a geographic territory. Strong uncapped compensation, training, and clinical data will support your sales efforts. This is a unique opportunity to build a successful medical device career! Key responsibilities
- Manage territory as a P&L and meet/exceed quota
- Be an expert on company products, clinical data, & alternative treatment modalities
- Sell both core products and the ancillary accessories that go with each case
- Know the doctors in your territory and understand their clinical issues and preferences
- Be active in your territory in non-clinical selling situations like tradeshows, teaching luncheon’s and dinner’s
- Contribute to the success of the regional team through attendance at meetings and support of fellow sales reps.
Requirements
Candidate Profile
- BS/BA education with strong GPA
- Determined with a relentless drive to succeed in a quota based environment
- Five years of experience in consultative sales roles
- Have a track record of measurable success through planning and execution of business plans
- Strong attention to detail
- Coachable, seeks feedback and has a strong intellectual curiosity and natural ability to master technical data
- Positive presence and communications style that is persuasive and proactive
