Summary:
Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, th e Rep is responsible for maintaining the
current business and driving sales growth
Essential Skills :
Bachelor’s Degree required in Medical Sciences, Marketing, or Business preferred from an accredited institution
• 2+ years Medical-related Business to Business Sales Experience preferred.
• 2-5 years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience preferred.
• Experience calling on Pediatricians/Family Practice highly preferred , but not required. Experience with Allergy
products a plus.
Role Qualifications:
Demonstrated track record of success in growing assigned business through individual sales efforts
• Must accept responsibility for overall territory management, and allocating resources and coordinating individual or
corporate resources to meet objectives effectively and within timelines
• Must understand the steps necessary to close business and the dynamics of the entire sales process
• Must develop and grow business with new accounts while maintaining current business with top accounts
• Must leverage existing account relationships; close new categories & use as references
• Must maintain thorough knowledge of current product line
• Must attend local, regional, nationwide meetings as scheduled
• Must maintain a territory budget and P&L
