Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Account Manager STRYKER with our MEDICAL-ACUTE CARE DIVISION. This is a "customer-facing" role, with majority of time spent in healthcare facilities. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. They will also be responsible for effective communication and relationship building to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills
- Lead Generation and Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Sales Experience and/or working in a "high performance" environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
