Summary
After experiencing phenomenal growth in the ambulatory marketplace, and now we’ve set our sights on the hospital market. We have an opportunity for the Right Candidate to lead change and create a force in the market where we already have an installed account base that is ready to be built upon. The Sales Team needs the skills and expertise of an experienced Sales Executive to lead sales efforts focusing on this market. We have an innovative solution that uniquely addresses the needs of the healthcare marketplace and positions us with a winning proposition for rural hospitals; and we are seeking a leader to drive success in the market. This position is based in Atlanta, GA and not a remote opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall quota for the Hospital EHR sales
- Lead a team of sales professionals to win new Hospital business
- Influence and lead the inpatient sales strategy
- Develop relationships with executives and board members of hospital systems and leverage them to close the sale
- Enhance and manage the sales process, including sales and leverage the use of sales tools such as Definitive, etc.
- Represent market needs to the Company and influence feature function road map
Requirements
- 5 plus years selling into the healthcare space with a minimum of 3 years inpatient experience
- 5 years sales management experience
- Demonstrated leadership/management skills Communication, persuasion and complex selling skills EHR/EMR and related billing expertise Familiarity with SaaS-based solutions and related value to buyers
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required
