Intern Sales Enablement - Lima, Peru
About the role: This internship offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the commercial team to support critical functions that ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. You will contribute by managing key processes, analyzing data, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the process of loading customer price lists into the system to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records.
- Supporting the preparation of quotes for the private sector, ensuring alignment with client requirements and pricing strategies.
- Assisting in the development of technical specifications for proposals, under the guidance of the commercial representative.
- Generating reports and tracking key performance indicators such as backorders and sales efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Enrollment in the 7th to 9th cycle of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
- Proficiency in intermediate English (written and verbal).
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or coursework related to technical specifications and private sector bidding processes.
- Familiarity with CRM (like Salesforce) or similar enterprise software for generating reports and tracking metrics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
