About the role:
The AFS Sales Manager role ensures that the assigned region meets or exceeds Watchman, EP, and Access Solutions sales and profitability objectives. In this position, the manager will formulate sales strategies for markets within the assigned geography and product lines to attain revenue goals the company sets. Partners with sales representatives and a clinical team to identify and evaluate market opportunities and sales potential and to establish and achieve their annual sales objectives. Manages and coaches the activities of sales representatives, therapy awareness and clinical representatives, and other field personnel. Negotiates contracts with external customers while informing the company of market dynamics and competitive activity. Responsible for managing and implementing company policies while building the AFS brand.

Maintains knowledge of the industry and the competition by continually seeking information from physicians, suppliers, insurance carriers and others to challenge, modify and prioritize regional strategies.

Monitors region sales performance on an ongoing basis, initiating corrective actions, and preparing reports, summaries, analysis, and documentation on all aspects of region management.

Ensures the effective implementation of representative customer records, key contacts, reports, and company policies.

Assist key customers in the creation, maintenance, expansion, and startup of Watchman-related educational courses and forums.

Develop and maintain relationships with key BSC functional areas including but not limited to – sales operations, marketing, finance, corporate programs.

The anticipated annualized base salary for this full-time position is $90,000, plus the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com.
