Our client, a publicly traded Global IT & Engineering services company is seeking an experienced Sales Leader (AVP) for the Medical Devices industry in New York, New Jersey and Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with our Industry teams to grow the Medical Devices vertical.
- Partner with the teams in conceptualizing the industry-specific solutions & estimates.
- Help develop and execute the Sales strategy and plan to grow the footprint in a specific set of Medical Devices accounts.
- Drive GTM strategy for the Medical Devices Group
- Support and Lead sales pursuits and shape deals to improve the winnability.
- Manage customer relationships with key accounts.
- Internal evangelization of IT & Engineering Services across our client's service lines and Industry teams
- External evangelization at Industry events and conferences
ACTIVITIES & SKILLS TO ACHIEVE ABOVE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- At least 10+ years within Medical Devices industry services with a majority of experience and focus across technology services.
- Experience in IT& Engineering services spanning Product Engineering, Smart Factory, Digital Twin, and Digital Engineering services, etc.
- Have personally owned order booking/revenue targets with an excellent track record.
- Must have worked with consultancy firms and would consider digital-born organizations as Our clients.
- Should be serving in a similar role now and MUST have spent the majority of career in a service organization.
- Consulting sales approach to opportunities, Sales strategy & execution for services organization
- Strong sales experience built on solid technical and sales background.
- Strong relationship-building experience with senior-level executives (CDOs, CMOs, Business, CIOs) spanning across business, marketing & technology.
- Understand the challenges and opportunities within the industry · Experience addressing these issues with IT Services solutions and Medical Devices industry trends.
Strong exposure to the business and technology concepts of the Medical Devices ecosystem
