As a Regional Sales Manager of Health Systems, you’ll develop and expand relationships with cardiologists, radiologists, IT professionals, and healthcare administrators. Your focus will be on driving new business, increasing adoption within existing accounts, and making a measurable impact on precision heart care.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development and Account Management:
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities within your territory.
- Drive adoption of AI-driven cardiac diagnostics in new accounts and expand usage in current accounts.
- Present and articulate the clinical and economic value of the technology to key clinical and administrative stakeholders.
- Customer Relationships and Advocacy:
- Establish and nurture relationships with interventional cardiologists, radiologists, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Educate customers on the benefits of technology, fostering advocacy within the healthcare community.
- Collaboration and Strategy:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including clinical support, implementation specialists, and billing experts, to deliver seamless customer experience.
- Gather customer feedback to refine product development and enhance market strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Expertise:
- 8–10+ years of healthcare or B2B sales experience, preferably in cardiology or medical device sales.
- Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with demonstrated ability to create and execute go-to-market plans.
- Technical Aptitude:
- Skilled in explaining complex technologies to clinical stakeholders.
- Experience introducing and selling innovative technologies in competitive environments.
- Relationship Builder:
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Familiarity with cardiovascular disease management and its associated practitioners.
- Self-Starter with High Initiative:
- A hunter mentality with a consistent track record of driving revenue and achieving results.
- Tools and Collaboration:
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
