A burgeoning Digital Health team based across the US and specialized in the Cardiology space is looking to grow their sales team across a number of different territories – if you are based in any of the following states, please keep reading: Connecticut, upstate New York (Albany through Buffalo), Tennessee, Illinois, Missouri, Minnesota, Arkansas, Denver, California (North & South).

The team’s innovative solutions improve outcomes, enhance patient care, and empower clinicians with data-driven insights. The team are circa 100 people total, so a really nice mid-size feel and still a flexibility to be innovative in their every-day and to control work-life balance, whilst making a difference.
Regional Territory Manager – Overview:
As the Regional Territory Manager, you will lead new business development across the nominated territory, identifying opportunities to introduce the product to healthcare providers, hospital systems, and key decision-makers. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets and build long term partnerships in the space. Many of the team’s clients are long serving, so this group are keen to connect with those that are passionate about fostering relationships through a real value-added approach, and someone that takes real pride in the conversations being had with doctors, nurses & clinicians across the space.
Other Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other key stakeholders daily, face-to-face with prospect clients.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
- Represent the team at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as necessary.
- Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to senior leadership.
Required Experience:
- 4-15+ years of sales experience with some or all specialized in the cardiac space, preferably in a digital health / health tech / medical device setting.
- Deep understanding of the cardiac health landscape and a knowledge of market changes, capable of adapting strategy per client per month as needed.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment & capable of travelling to clients 4-5 days per week.
- Personable approach, a want to work autonomously and an excitement to excel and grow within an increasingly successful team.
