Your Role:
- Build a Strong Network – Develop relationships with hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, case managers, and community organizations to drive referrals.
- Sell with Confidence – Present and promote our home healthcare services, tailoring solutions to meet client and referral partner needs.
- Exceed Sales Goals – Proactively generate new business opportunities and close deals.
- Stay Ahead of the Market – Analyze industry trends, monitor competitors, and refine sales strategies.
- Represent the Brand – Attend networking events, health fairs, and professional associations to boost brand visibility.
- Track & Report Success – Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and referral sources using our CRM system.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Proven Sales Experience – Background in home healthcare, hospice, DME, pharmaceuticals, or a related healthcare field.
- Existing Industry Connections – Strong relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources are a plus.
- Self-Driven & Goal-Oriented – Ability to work independently in a commission-based role.
- Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills – Confidently influence decision-makers and close sales.
- Home Healthcare Knowledge – Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance is preferred.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM software, email marketing, and virtual sales tools.
