We are seeking two Sales Talents (m/f/d) with expertise in Protein Science to strengthen our presence in the US market, specifically located on the East Coast (Boston, MA).
Cube Biotech is a biotechnology company located in Monheim, Germany, and Wayne, PA. We are manufacturer of high-quality products for purification and stabilization of proteins. Customers of our products are university laboratories, the research-based pharmaceutical industry and biotechnology companies.

Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales of Cube Biotech‘s products and services within a defined territory
- Building customer relationships by understanding both short-term and long-term needs/goals to best position Cube Biotech‘s products and services
- Be the point of contact for our product customers and provide scientific support for inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Meet and exceed territory sales goals
- Expand customer base within the assigned territory
- Maintain and develop a strong relationship with customers through regular interactions
- Perform sales calls with all customers and potential customers in the assigned territory
- Proactively address customer inquiries and make our best efforts to resolve their problems
- Stay informed about competitors' activities and gather relevant information about competing products
- Represent Cube Biotech at trade fairs (internationally)
- Work closely with the full Commercial Team to ensure we provide a coordinated approach to customers and promote all the solutions Cube Biotech can provide.
- Field sales located in the assigned territory and visiting customers 75% of the time
Your Profile
- You are highly motivated and have an interest in Sales
- An Associate or Bachelor's Degree is desired, preferably in biology or life sciences or related fields
- Proven sales experience in the Bio industry and understanding of the sales process is a plus. You have practical and theoretical knowledge in the field of protein science and have, ideally, worked with membrane proteins before
- Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of sales experience in the Life Science tools space and with 2+ years selling in related market and space.
- Ability to interface with customers and possess strong relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- You have an independent and solution-oriented work ethic
- Proficiency in executing value-based sales techniques, including prospecting, building relationships, and presenting tailored solutions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on understanding buyer needs and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint and HubSpot a plus
