About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity for a goal-oriented sales professional to play a vital role in driving and expanding Naslund Medical’s business throughout the US. As Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest, you’ll be responsible for growing revenue and developing new business with hospitals in the territory. The candidate we seek will have a proven track record in radiotherapy and/or urology sales and excel at building strong, long-lasting relationships with physicians, physicists, nurses, technicians, directors, and administrators. Your collaborative, entrepreneurial, and creative mindset will be crucial in identifying, pursuing, and capturing new business in this role. This remote position, ideally based in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX, reports directly to the VP of Sales at the Swedish HQ. Up to 50% of travel is required, mainly domestic, and some travel to Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Drive growth by identifying, pursuing, and capturing sales to meet or exceed annual sales targets
- Explore opportunities to expand Naslund Medical’s Gold Anchor products in the southwest territory, which consists of AR, AZ, KS, LA, MO, NM, OK, and TX
- Manage yearly business plans and sales budgets, and prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts
- Provide timely and accurate proposals to customers, including information on pricing, delivery, terms, and conditions of sale
- Track and record all customer and prospect interactions in the company’s CRM system
- Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and other industry stakeholders
- Become an expert in Gold Anchor products to communicate effectively and market products and benefits to prospective customers
- Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product developments
- Represent Naslund Medical and Gold Anchor at trade shows and industry events
- Serve as a trusted advisor to existing customers through regular visits and strategic consultations
- Uphold the Naslund Medical and Gold Anchor brand and embrace their core values, mission, and vision
What We Expect From You
Your Work Experience, Education & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Min. 3 years of demonstrated sales success within the radiotherapy and/or urology industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of key business functions, including sales & marketing, customer service, and operations
- Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with key decision-makers to secure sales
- Ability to establish and nurture long-lasting relationships
- Skilled in data-driven decision-making that drives profitable growth and aligns with strategic objectives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and business software, including ERP and CRM
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, along with problem-solving abilities
- Experience within an international organization is a big plus
- High integrity, accuracy, and technical aptitude
