As a Sales Account Manager, you'll cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and present our products and services to potential clients. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate key accounts and expand market presence
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products and services
- Collaborate with the team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and potential growth opportunities
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients on product usage, troubleshooting, and best practices
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure high levels of retention and loyalty
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of experience in sales is required, door-to-door sales experience is desired
- Experience in medical sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the medical diagnostics industry, such as CLIA and FDA regulations
- Knowledge of molecular diagnostics, core laboratory testing, and toxicology procedures and technologies is a plus
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the medical or healthcare industry
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage client interactions
- Advanced presentation skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences, including clinicians, laboratory managers, and C-suite executives
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and formulate actionable insights
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and thrive in a dynamic, results-driven culture
- Professional certifications related to sales or healthcare management (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, Certified Medical Representative) are a plus
- Proficiency in Tagalog is highly desired
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline preferred
Compensation
- Salary Range: Base salary $55,000
- Bonus Structure: Account managers are expected to be on track in their first 6 months to earn six figures in their first year of employment. Hiring managers will review the bonus structure, not the recruiter
- Benefits Package: Includes 401k, health, dental, and vision insurance
- Travel, Cell, and Mileage Reimbursement policy: Expense coverage included
Ideal Start Date:December 1st, 2024, or whenever we find the right candidate.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Semi-flexible schedule.
Work Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, and surrounding areas.
