POSITION: Clinical Sales Specialist

General Summary
The React Health Clinical Sales Specialist will enable sales growth and customer satisfaction by providing remote and virtual training on the React Health line of Sleep and Ventilation products. Your primary call points will include HME’s and Physician offices. The clinical specialist will serve as the subject matter expert for sleep and ventilation in their assigned territory.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in respiratory or sleep background with knowledge in the DME (Durable Medical Equipment) space.
- Responsible for supporting our sleep and ventilation product lines
- Medical Sales experience calling on physicians or clinicians.
- Have the ability to effectively perform Virtual Meetings
- Working effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Excel at working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking across our strong portfolio of sleep and respiratory products
- Have a clear understanding of the clinical pathway of a patient from the hospital to a homecare setting.
Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Credentialed Respiratory Therapist
- Credentialed Sleep Technologist
Preferred Experience
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
- Excellent written/oral communication skills required. Must be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
Physical Demands
- Requires normal visual acuity and hearing.
- Typically, employees sit comfortably to do their work, interspersed by brief periods of standing, walking, bending, carrying papers and books, and extensive periods requiring the use of computer terminals to accomplish work objectives.
- Required to sit and use their hands and fingers to handle or feel and manipulate keys on a keyboard.
- Additional skills may be required to perform additional task(s) specific to work location, department or line of business.
Working Conditions
- Predominantly operates in an office environment. Some work (less than 5%) requires moving and lifting of heavy networking equipment.
- Have flexibility to travel overnight around 70% of the time.
Duties And Essential Functions
Each Employee consistently demonstrates the following essential functions:
- The Clinical Sales Specialist provides clinical and sales support through education to physicians, RT’s and sleep labs within their assigned territory.
- You will be responsible to train staff and provide technical support to DME’s and physicians
- Responsible for communicating product, clinical and market data to appropriate personnel and support company’s efforts to develop and implement product marketing strategies
- Collaborate with other colleagues to provide good case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients
- Serve as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of respiratory, sleep and ventilation of our company products
- Educate customer on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products
- Inform customers of the latest product and technology developments in the industry
- Actively engage in clinical, procedural and technical discussions and link data outcome to key messaging
- Meet with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs, goals and constraints related to patient care and provide creative and feasible solutions
- This role requires a strong clinical orientation with the ability to influence a variety of clinician personality types
- Attends and participates in departmental meetings. Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence
- Ensures all department compliance guidelines are met
- Attends all meetings, in-services training, or continuing education as delegated by the supervisor
- Provides customer focused interactions
- Performs all duties necessary for the department as per department policies and procedures
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor within the scope of practice and the responsibilities in the department
