Position Overview:
As the Regional Vice President of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in propelling ClearPoint Health's expansion efforts. This position puts you at the forefront of strategic initiatives aimed at increasing our market presence, driving revenue growth, and fostering lasting client relationships. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a foundational growth strategy in alignment with ClearPoint Health's mission and values.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, spearheading business development initiatives to expand our solutions in DC, VA, MD, and DE.
- Cultivate robust relationships with consultant partners through strategic identification and comprehensive development initiatives. This includes listening to agency needs and being able to pivot when needed to deliver on-demand.
- Execute sophisticated sales methodologies encompassing the entire sales lifecycle, navigating from lead generation through successful closures.
- Drive innovation in product development, ensuring our business stays ahead of industry trends and meets evolving client needs.
- Collaborate seamlessly within the organization, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success across all verticals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance positioning and brand awareness, bringing your ideas to light and working in tandem to convert to sales.
Qualifications
- Proven sales success in a growth-focused role within the self-funded/stop-loss/captive insurance space is a must have. At least five years of proven experience.
- Strategic thinker capable of translating vision into actionable and accountable plans.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a constant eye for opportunities in innovation and disruption.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborative leadership style with a passion for building high-performance teams.
- Licensed to sell insurance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
