Job Summary:

As the Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, you will be a key member of our executive team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role requires an accomplished leader with deep industry expertise, a passion for medical devices, and a history of building and scaling high-performing teams. You will oversee all aspects of our sales and marketing operations, including managing the company's brand, distribution channels, and customer relationships. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrives on fostering collaboration and achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a global sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue growth and expand market share.
Build and lead high-performing sales teams across regions, including hiring, training, and mentoring.
Create and implement innovative marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing strategies with product development and overall business objectives.
Establish and maintain key customer relationships and strategic partnerships domestically and internationally.
Oversee brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all channels.
Leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement in sales and marketing operations.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to achieve or exceed financial and operational targets.
Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and adapt strategies as needed.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote visibility and thought leadership.
Provide input, review, and approve Risk Management Files and ensure adherence to quality management systems and compliance standards.
Provide leadership in risk management, compliance, and adherence to quality management systems (QMS), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Qualifications:

10+ years of leadership experience in global sales and marketing roles, preferably in the medical device industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing teams.
Proficiency in sales methodologies, marketing strategies, and digital marketing techniques.
Strong strategic and analytical mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities.
Strong knowledge of global markets, regulatory environments, and medical device industry standards.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (25-35%).
Exceptional interpersonal skills to motivate teams and build collaborative relationships.
