Arjo’s National Sales Director-Homecare is a remote individual contributor role that will lead Arjo sales across all customer-facing offerings in the Homecare market, including B2B, B2B2C, B2C.

In this role, you will shape and drive Arjo’s strategic outlook for the Homecare market, mid-to-long term strategic planning, and go-to market deployment model; and will identify key third-party organizations for strategic partnership and manage them accordingly.

Other key day-to-day activities:

Manage and execute new contracts.
Identify growth opportunities and obtain go-to market insights for internal consideration and adoption.
Work closely with Arjo Marketing to create and deploy tools and systems that enable sales growth.
Create e-commerce strategy, including lead generation and pre/post sales
Act as a key liaison between Sales, Clinical, Service, and Corporate teams to align strategies and support local execution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
8+ years medical device sales experience.
MUST HAVE Homecare Sales experience.
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and work independently.
Executive-level communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
Demonstrated ability to communicate business opportunities to senior management.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc.), PowerPoint, Word.
Able to travel overnight up to 50%.
