Role Description:

The Therapeutic Sales Specialist represents LEO Pharma Inc. within an assigned territory with the goal of maximizing product sales through transferring a strong value proposition for biologics / dermatology portfolio to stakeholders.

The Therapeutic Sales Specialist will target and promote LEO therapeutic products to Dermatologists, general practitioners and other healthcare providers in order to grow the LEO business and achieve company objectives.

This territory encompasses the Houston East area, and additionally provides coverage to South Texas.

Responsibilities:

Promote LEO Pharma's biologics/dermatology portfolio to dermatologists, general practitioners, and healthcare providers
Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the assigned territory
Articulate the value proposition of our products and differentiate them in the market
Continuously gather market intelligence and adapt sales strategies accordingly
Coordinate the distribution of product samples and promotional materials
Complete required training and administrative duties accurately and on time
Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required; sales/marketing or science related degree preferred
Requires 2+ years Pharma, Biotech or Medical Device sales experience
Dermatology, Specialty or Immunology experience required; selling sub-cutaneous self-injectable (or office administered IC) biologics experience preferred
Proven, documented record of consistent sales success in complex markets; product launch experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product-related information; advanced clinically based selling skills
