In this role, you’ll connect with healthcare professionals, educate them on innovative medical products, and help improve lives in the operating room. What You’ll Do:

Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff to promote game-changing medical products.
Create and execute a sales plan to hit your targets (and beyond!)
Stay on top of product knowledge and training to become the go-to expert in your field.
Provide hands-on support and training to medical teams on using and maintaining the products.
Submit reports, track progress, and keep your Regional Manager in the loop.
Travel as needed within your territory to make things happen!

What We’re Looking For:

A Bachelor’s degree (bonus points for sales experience in healthcare!)
1-3 years of proven sales success, preferably in hospitals or operating rooms.
Strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships.
A self-starter who thrives when working independently.
Ability to maintain required certifications and health protocols.
