Salary: $120,000-$160,000 salary, plus bonus structure

Schedule: remote every other Friday and hours M-Th 9-530pm and Friday 9am-3pm About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager with a strong background in the medical supplies industry. In this role, you will lead a sales team, develop strategies to drive growth, and build strong client relationships with healthcare providers. Responsibilities Lead, train, and manage the sales team to meet revenue goals. Create and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share. Build lasting relationships with physician offices, urgent care centers, and healthcare facilities. Identify new business opportunities to fuel company growth. Analyze sales metrics and reports to optimize performance. Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales campaigns. Provide regular training and mentoring for the sales team. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product innovations. Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or eCommerce Sales Lead. Proven experience selling medical devices. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and handle tight deadlines. Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
