Your responsibilities will include:
- Partners with TM and provides input/insight into the development of the territory business strategy. Acts as a back-up for TM; Makes decisions in accounts that are consistent with TM strategy; Utilizes business tools to identify growth opportunities and key accounts to target; Comprehensive understanding of patient flow and impact on business; Major influence at corporate/area/region level
- Expert knowledge of reimbursement and auth; Assists TM with pricing and contracts; Compliance with Administrative tasks - cases, audits, expenses, training
- Mentors and trains on a regional and national level; trains others on territory management; Networks seamlessly with providers, clinicians, facilities and payers; Utilizes contacts for all types of questions; cultivates and maintains strategic accounts and relationships; Diverse network of relationships with providers, clinicians, peers and decision makers; Able to develop and grow relationships without help from TM; Facilitates regional/national trainings/meetings; Leads company initiatives
- National leader in programming techniques; Can cover any case - resource to others with complex cases; Shares best practices nationally; Perceived as an expert on all BSN products/tools; Trains/Educates physicians; Point person for offices regarding anything SCS; Expert knowledge of Salesforce; Advanced clinical study and selling knowledge; Works on specialized projects/processes
What we’re looking for in you:
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 6 years in pain management and/or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medical device sales and/or clinical education experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology, or other science field.
- Experience as Physical Therapy Assistant, RN, Chiropractor Assistant, Radiologic Tech or Surgical Tech or similar field
Annualized base salary for this full-time position is $100,000., plus variable compensation governed by Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
