Job Title: CRM Product Specialist, EMPOWER Pacemaker - Great Lakes
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate healthcare providers about product indications and maximize adoption of the leadless CRM portfolio through education.
- Provide clinical expertise to and training to field personnel and both current and new HCP customers.
- Understand and train to the Quality Document: EMPOWER Leadless Pacemaker Physician Training Program
- Offer technical support based on instructions for use and trial protocols.
- Assist in education and training activities for physicians, support staff, and personnel.
- Serve as a therapy expert on SICD and Leadless Pacemaker products, device implantation, patient indications, selection, reimbursement, and programming.
- Educate physicians, nurses, educators, and other healthcare providers on patient selection and indications for therapy.
- Coordinate and deliver programs and resources to expand the market and improve therapy access.
- Oversee local field education and training, including simulated procedures, device follow ups and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate and deliver education via multiple modalities; live and virtual
- Liaise with marketing for technology improvements and next generation needs.
- Strong collaboration with a variety of stakeholders in the leadless pacemaker space for training evolution and adaptation
Requirements:
- Comprehensive ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices.
- Effective collaboration, teamwork and Communication skills.
- Comfort navigating new professional environments, including labs and hospitals.
- Flexibility for unanticipated travel needs for expertise and case coverage
- Ability to lead and influence customers.
- Ability to prepare and present written and verbal communications effectively.
- Thorough familiarity with BSC policies, operations, and procedures.
- Business travel up to 70%.
- Verification that you meet all vendor credentialing requirements.
- Live in MSP preferred, or near major airport hub
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of clinical medical device experience, specifically with CRM products.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent/related experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Subcutaneous ICD therapy and implant
- Professional training/education experience.
- Previous leadless pacemaker experience
- Demonstrated business acumen.
