Responsibilities include:
- Develops and implements strategic business development plans to accommodate corporate goals
- Directs referral target forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
- Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control thedistrictbusiness development team
- Assists in assigning territory to Business Development Representatives
- Represents company at professional events to promote the services offered
- Delivers presentations to key referral sources in coordination with Business Development Representatives
- Meets with key referral sources, assisting Business Development Representatives with developing and maintaining long-termrelationships
- Coordinates liaison between Business Development Representatives and CompanyPracticeManagers
- Analyzes and controls expenditures ofdistrictto conform to budgetary requirements
- Prepares periodic performance report showing referral base expansion
- Monitors and evaluates the actives and services of the competition
- Actively engages with Salesforce CRM to monitor activity and performance of regional business development team
- Hostmorning meetingswithall officestaffmembers
- Assist withadministrative tasks and other variousroles throughout clinic
- Ensure Complete Care policies and procedures are followed by staffmembers
- Report patient and staff observations to PracticeManager
