About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated, take-charge individual with a strong work ethic to join our Urology Commercial Data Solutions team. In this position, you will work to build and maintain critical digital enablement platforms that service internal functions like Finance, Marketing and Operations as well as the entire Field Sales Organization. You will be responsible for creating sales enablement tools; opportunity recognition, shaping resource deployment strategies and helping the field meet business challenges through timely, impactful analytics delivered by leveraging the strong knowledge of BSC sales tools and resources. This job requires cross-functional collaboration across the enterprise.
Boston Scientific's Urology division leads in developing innovative treatments for urological conditions such as kidney stones, BPH, and urinary incontinence. With a portfolio including lithotripters, laser therapies, and minimally invasive solutions, the division focuses on improving patient outcomes and recovery. Through ongoing collaboration with healthcare professionals, Boston Scientific is committed to advancing urological care and enhancing the quality of life for patients globally.
Your responsibilities will include:

Project Management and Communication: Exhibit outstanding project management capabilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, maintaining clear and concise correspondence.

Strategic Business Reviews: Generate tailored business reviews that reflect regional market conditions, customer challenges, and strategic opportunities. Offer comprehensive insights to support informed decision-making and feel comfortable presenting findings to various stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring and Opportunity Identification: Monitor industry trends, performance metrics, and external data sources to pinpoint growth opportunities. Utilize strategic analysis to drive decision-making and identify potential areas for expansion or improvement.

Salesforce Innovation Leadership: Act as a pivotal leader within the product owner team, spearheading the development of new Salesforce functionalities. Lead the rollout of new features, ensuring smooth adoption and optimal utilization.
