About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated, take-charge individual with a strong work ethic to join our Commercial Strategy & Excellence team. In this position, you will play a key role for the Endoscopy CSE team with a variety of responsibilities including analytical and reporting needs, forecasting, contract operations, pricing strategy and compensation execution. This is a dynamic and exciting role with the ability to shape the direction of the department and the wider Endoscopy division through your contributions. You will frequently collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and Compliance, developing strong relationships and streamlined collaboration.
Your responsibilities include:
- Participate in Sales compensation strategy and planning
- Execute month end, quarter end and year end commissions, bonuses, and awards to the field sales organization.
- Track and report on Key Performance Indicators related to specific business function
- Utilize available reporting tools and technology to deliver intuitive analyses to the field
- Lead process improvement initiatives for CSE Team
- Partner on cross functional strategic projects as needed
What we’re looking for in you:
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in Sales or Financial Analyst role
- Proven analytical and problem-solving experience
- Strong back office application skills, including expert level Excel, MS Access
- Knowledge in programming using SQL, VBA, and other programming languages is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities against strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills and above average writing and verbal communication skills to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Organization skills and the ability to handle work of a highly confidential nature
- Desire to work in a high paced collaborative, teamwork-oriented environment
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
