- Use charisma and knowledge to successfully communicate with prospective candidates through phone, text, and social channels
- Establish strong relationships with candidates to understand their unique needs and qualify them for job opportunities
- Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career
- Prioritize relationships with travel healthcare professionals
